- 1). Visit the SanDisk website and click "Support" at the top of the page.
- 2). Click the "Register Your Product" link on the right side of the page.
- 3). Enter your e-mail address and password and click "Log In."
Click "Create a New Account" if you don't already have an account. Enter the requested information and click "Create Account." - 4). Click "Product Registration" under "My Overview." Fill out the online form and click "Register Product." Your SanDisk Sansa MP3 player is now registered.
