How to Follow Someone Who is Following You and Download Their Tweets!

The first way to follow someone who is following you is to do it manually.
And there are two ways of doing this •E-mail link.
You may choose to have an option that Twitter may send you an e-mail message each time someone follows you.
If this is the case, then select the e-mail on your e-mail account and click the link to view that person's profile.
Then simply click the follow button.
To have this option login to Twitter, click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the screen and then select the "Notices" selection.
Then click the option which reads "New Followers Emails".
Finally click "Save".
•Twitter Site.
Another way of doing this is to load your homepage, click on your followers link, and then click Follow next to the user.
This is an easy way to follow someone and can be quite convenient.
However, depending if your Twitter account skyrockets and you start to have dozens of follows each day and you become insanely popular then you could end up spending much of you day manually adding each friend and new followers.
This can be a huge pain and equally frustrating.
Luckily, there are many different online tools to avoid just that.
I will discuss one tool called TweetLater, which automatically follows anyone who follows you.
After you register for the free service (there is a paid version but you will not need it for this procedure), add your Twitter name and password and change it automatically follow your followers.
Here are the steps below •Login to TweetLater •Click the +Twitter tab.
"add a New Twitter Account" page pops up •Type in your screen name and password.
•Select the AutoFollow check box.
•Click Save Note TweetLater is an online service and it changes interface regularly so these may not be the exact same steps but you should find a way to configure your account without too much hassle.
Download your Friend's Tweets If you are behind on one of your interesting Twitter friends, or just curious, then there is a way to catch up with them offline.
In the web browser, type in the address below, and replace "n" with the number of updates you want to receive Twitter(dot)comstatusesfriends_timeline.
xmlcount=n remember to replace Twitter(dot)com with the actual ".
" Twitter will ask you for a username as well as a password and then you can download their tweets.
You will get the updates in XML format.
