Can You Change Adobe Page Order?
- 1). Open the PDF file that contains the pages you want to rearrange. Note that the following process will work with all three versions of Acrobat (Standard, Pro and Suite). The Acrobat programs can be cost prohibitive ($199 to $799), so consider taking advantage of the free trial of Pro from the Adobe web site.
- 2). Click the "Thumbnails" icon in the navigation pane on the left-hand side of the Acrobat window. This action will display a thumbnail view of all pages within the PDF.
- 3). Click once on a page thumbnail and drag it to the desired location while holding down the mouse button. When you release the mouse button, the page will be dropped in the new location. Note that you can select a group of pages to relocate by clicking on each thumbnail while holding down the "Ctrl" key. Repeat this process for each page or group of pages that you want to reorder.
