- 2). Open a Web browser on your computer. Visit a website that has DVD unlock codes. Examples include Download Info, Video Help and DVD Explorer.
- 3). Search for a service code by your player's manufacturer name or model number. Write down the unlock code.
- 4). Follow the instructions to unlock your DVD player. Usually, it requires inputting the code with your player's remote control.
- 5). Insert a DVD from another country to verify that the player recognizes it.
