How to Load Files for Documents to Go to a BlackBerry

1). Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer via the USB cable and wait for any sync process to complete.
2). Click "Media Manager." Click on the BlackBerry phone under "Connected Devices."
3). Locate the file you want to transfer in the top half of the screen. Click the Blackberry folder you want to transfer the files to on the bottom half on the screen.
4). Click the "Copy Down" button located between the top and bottom sections of the screen. After all documents are transferred to the phone, disconnect the phone from the computer.
5). Open "Word to Go" on the BlackBerry. Click "Open a File." Locate the document you transferred to the BlackBerry and select it. The file will open on the phone.
