- 1). Navigate your Internet browser to one of the websites that tracks satellite activity. Popular choices include N2yo, Opensats, or Switchbanks.
- 2). In the field that is marked "Enter Satellite Name," type "EchoStar 7" and press the "Enter" button on your keyboard.
- 3). Click the navigation button meant to produce results for your search. It could be marked with "Track It Now" or something similar to that. Find EchoStar 7 on the map that comes up. You will see the orbital path that the satellite is following displayed over a map of outer space.
