- 1). Open your Internet browser and navigate to a site offering language patches for the "Call of Duty 4" computer game. Unfortunately to change languages in the game you need third-party software.
- 2). Download the language patch and then follow the prompts on screen to install it on your computer's desktop. Make sure the program icon is visible on the desktop.
- 3). Open the program icon on your desktop and follow the prompts on screen to operate the program. It will ask you to run "Call of Duty 4" on your computer simultaneously. Start a new game of "Call of Duty 4" and wait for the status bar in the program window to inform you when the language patch has been added. The language in "Call of Duty 4" will then be changed.
