- 1). Empty the Gorilla Rack box of all its contents. Compare them to the materials list in the instructions and verify you have all the parts you need before beginning the assembly process.
- 2). Stand up two angle posts with the holes running up them. Snap two short double rivet beams to the angle posts. Attach one at the top and the second one 12 holes down. Lock them into place by hand and repeat the process for the other two angle posts.
- 3). Attach the two ends together with the longer double rivet beams at both sides along the top and bottom. Add two more double rivet beams 12 holes down where the short beams are. Attach two more short beams at the bottom where the double rivet beams are.
- 4). Set the provided boards on top of the beams lying across the entire assembly. Set one piece at the top, the second piece in the middle and the third and final piece at the bottom. Verify they are secure in place and do not slide around too much.
