How to Remove a Photo From Adobe

    Adobe Acrobat

    • 1). Open a PDF document you want to edit in Adobe Acrobat.

    • 2). Click the "Tools" menu. Select "Advanced Editing," then "TouchUp Object Tool." The pointer will change to a black arrow with a small box next to it, which signifies you can select an object.

    • 3). Click the photo you want to remove from the PDF document.

    • 4). Right-click the selection, then choose "Delete" to remove the photo.

    • 5). Click "File," then "Save" to save the changes to the document.

    Adobe InDesign

    • 1). Open a layout in Adobe InDesign.

    • 2). Click the "Select" tool, which is the top tool in the toolbar (a black arrow).

    • 3). Click the photo you want to remove. A bounding box will appear around the image.

    • 4). Press "Delete" to remove it.

    • 5). Click "File," then "Save" to save changes.

    Adobe Photoshop

    • 1). Open a layered Photoshop document that you want to edit.

    • 2). Open the "Layers" panel. If you don't see it, click the "Window" menu, then "Layers." Select the layer that contains the photo you want to remove.

    • 3). Click the marquee tool from the "Tools" panel. Click and drag to draw a rectangle around the photo. If the photo is not a rectangular shape, you may be better suited to a different selection tool, such as the lasso elliptical marquee or the pen tool.

    • 4). Click the "Edit" menu, then "Cut" to remove the selected photo. You also can press "Delete" to remove it.

    • 5). Click "File," then "Save" to save changes.
