You can eat a more on those 3 days than the 4 days where you don't do exercises.
Choose an exercise that you'll enjoy so you'll have fun while losing weight.
It can be basketball, running, rowing, swimming, dancing or kick boxing.
All these activities will help you burn calories.
Keep a record of your daily activities, and food intake.
Write down all the food that you eat and the calories that you gained.
Also take note of the exercises that you did for the day.
Weigh yourself and check your measurements everyday.
This will help motivate you in reaching your target weight and help you track your progress.
