Breaking up is one of the hardest events in life.
It can affect you emotionally, physically and socially.
You can't eat, you can't sleep and you reject invitations from friends to hang out.
They think that you have totally changed and that you are taking the matter too seriously.
Since a break up is so painful, when do we know when to stay on and when to say "goodbye"? Ask yourself if you still feel the love you have always enjoyed.
Love is always the most important factor of a relationship, and once that is lost, then the relationship is dead.
Perhaps sometimes you feel that you can't feel it, but it may actually be your own thinking that has fooled you.
To fins out, if its still there, ask your lover.
Though that is very direct, it is the simplest and most direct way to find out.
If the answer is negative, the man should tackle the initiative to suggest a break up.
Clinging to a "loveless" relationship is a waste of time.
Sometimes the problem could come from yourself.
You may have lost the love.
Do you feel happy meeting him/her, or do you feel bored with him/her? If your answer is the second one, then the cause is that you do not feel the love for her anymore.
Please be frank and say how you feel.
Again, clinging on to this relationship is bad for both parties.
The other person deserves someone who loves them.
Another instance is when the couple could not accomplish stuff together.
This could be due to unwillingness or plainly you do not match with each other.
In life, matters have to be improved on, whether is it the careers, the financial state of the education of the child.
That's where most of the fun comes from, and if those do not progress, life itself becomes very empty and, meaningless.
