When I find people debating over the existence of, hitherto called, God, I simple smile and begin to think about the ignorance that is widespread and prevalent in almost every society.
Both,the scientists as well as the devout religious figures accept that the universe is infinite,then why they don't understand that infinite can neither be created nor eliminated.
Where does God stand now? Our parents, with the help of nature and the natural sources, created us ,and very ridiculously, we don't try to absorb this fact that they are our only and immediate creators.
But, now, cloning has proved it an old method.
Is anybody hurt? Yes,those people are hurt who had been running their shops of religion so fantastically.
Let's imagine,for a moment that Jesus, or Krishna, or Rama, or any of the God's prophet comes to life again and stands outside His respective place of worship and starts shouting, "I am Jesus!", the reaction of the people will be unbelievable.
He will either be an impostor, an artist, an actor,or a madman to them and they will laugh at him.
The priest in the temple suddenly finds that it is true that the person shouting outside is the original version of the divine figure they had been worshiping for hundreds of years.
Will the priest allow that Godly figure to move around openly? No, there is a danger in allowing that divine figure go out to people.
Everything will stop.
The temples will be closed, the chantings of gospels will stop, bowing before the divine gods will stop, because they will see the original version in the streets, simply smiling and preaching the things they already know.
It would be a state of chaos.
All these prophets came to be recognized, in the historical past, because they had spoken against the prevailing religions in their respective places of births: Lord Buddha spoke against the Hindu way of idol worship, Jesus spoke against the Jewish gods and practices, Honourable Mohammed propogated Islam, criticizing the others, and so on.
No doubt they all are divine and venerable, for they wanted to reform the society and worked without any self interest.
But unfortunately, the ignorant people,instead of accepting their goodness of heart, began to worship them.
They were super human beings but you made them god.
And now, the gods created by you are the cause of all the hatred prevalent in the quarreling world.
Next time, think and try to evaluate whether the God you are bowing before is worthy of worship or not.
Better bow before your parents who are the living examples of Mother Nature's creative powers.
