How to Email PowerPoint Office Users
- 1). Double-click the PowerPoint icon to open the program. Click "File" and then select the option for "Open." Locate the PowerPoint presentation that you want to email. Click the "Open" button to view the presentation in PowerPoint.
- 2). Click the option for "Office" and then select "Send." Click the option for "Email." Outlook will open a new email message, with the PowerPoint presentation already attached.
- 3). Type an email address into the To field. If you want to select an email address from your address book, click the "To" button.
- 4). Type a message in the body of the email, if needed.
- 5). Click the "Send" button to send the email message.
- 6). Repeat this process to send another presentation from within PowerPoint.
