    • 1). Navigate to the Power Management website. See the Resources section for a link.

    • 2). Click the "Download" button the the website. Allow the file to download.

    • 3). Double-click on the icon of the software. Follow the installation prompts to install the program.

    • 4). Click on the "Start" menu and open a terminal. Type "sudo-s" and hit the "enter" key. Enter your password and hit "enter."

    • 5). Configure the power manager. Type the code: "mv /Users/Your UserName/Desktop/PowerManagement.bundle /System/Library/SystemConfiguration/PowerManagement.bundle."

    • 6). Click on the "Start" menu then scroll to "Applications." Click "Utilities" and then click on the "Repair Disc Permissions" button. Allow this program to run.

    • 7). Restart your computer.
