- 1). Download and install LG Mobile Support Tool on your computer. The download is available on the LG Mobile Support website. Installation begins automatically when the download completes. Follow the onscreen prompts to install the application on your computer.
- 2). Double-click the "LG Mobile Support Tool" icon on your computer's desktop.
- 3). Click "Install USB Driver" and select the LG Neon from the phone models listed. The driver for your phone will be downloaded and installed on your computer.
- 4). Connect your Neon mobile phone to the computer with a USB cable.
- 5). Click "Start Updating" in the application window and wait for the update to complete.
