- 1). Open the Control Panel, located on the Start menu.
- 2). Double-click on "Add/Remove Programs" from within the Control Panel window.
- 3). Scroll down until you locate "VirusResponse Lab 2009." Select the program and then click "Remove." Restart your computer. If the program is not listed, proceed to the next step.
- 4). Open the Start menu and click "Run." Type "regedit" and click "OK." Windows Vista and 7 users can type "regedit" in the search box, located on directly on the Start menu.
- 5). Locate the following files by pressing "F3" and entering the name in the box. Right-click on the file and select "Delete."

VirusResponseLab 2009 File Folder - 7). Restart your computer once the files have been deleted. Once the files are deleted, the software no longer appear on your computer.
