Where have we come from? Why are we here? Where will we go? Answers to these questions are probably the most sought-after in the history of human existence.
Since we have many different theories and belief systems that provide various answers to these mysteries of life, most of us do not have a firm grasp of accurate knowledge.
Do accurate answers even exist? If so, where can we find them? Our origins, purpose, and future do not have to be enigmas.
In fact, the runaway international best seller--the Bible--provides the truths, so all of us can obtain truthful knowledge and support that will lead us to a fulfilling life.
The Holy Scriptures hold the key to all of life's most important questions.
Where have we come from? The Bible tells us that God Almighty, whose personal name is Yahweh (from "YHWH" in the Hebrew manuscripts), created everything and anything, from the tangible to the intangible, including us humankind.
This one and only true God made us in His spiritual image, endowing us with many of His own qualities: a spectrum of emotions and feelings, a conscience, and the ability and freedom to make moral decisions.
He put the first pair of humans in His newly formed paradise, the Garden of Eden, which had every kind of vegetation they could freely eat to their hearts' delight, without needing to work in sweat (any work was to be delightful, not toilsome), and told them to fill the Earth and be the masters over all the animals of the land, air, and water.
Thus, Yahweh purposed the Earth to be a paradise, filled with happy and healthy people who could live forever.
This is why we are here.
Our purpose was to live in fellowship with Yahweh, with freedom in a utopia, with no trouble weighing upon our hearts, with no sickness, suffering, or death.
So what went wrong? Well, the first pair deliberately disobeyed a simple command of God to not eat from one certain tree.
This was the only rule they had.
It was, therefore, very easy to keep.
Yet, they unhesitatingly broke it when the devil Satan cajoled them into eating the tree's fruit, saying that once they did so, they would be knowledgeable like God, thus they would no more need God's guidance.
Satan also implied that God was a liar, telling them that they would not die after eating the tree, when, in truth, God warned them that they would.
Being always honest and truthful, Yahweh kept His word; the people were punished with death, though not an immediate death.
This is why we all grow old, get sick, and die.
Has God's purpose for our Earth and fellow humans been ruined? Not at all; it has just been delayed for a while.
Yahweh has long ago appointed a specific time when He will restore Earth to a paradise, with no more air, land, or water pollution, and where evil and every kind of suffering will be destroyed, along with death, which will be our last enemy.
This destruction of all that is undesirable will fulfill Yahweh's initial purpose for all humankind--that purely loving, faithful, good-hearted people will fill His paradise on Earth to enjoy a tranquil life to time indefinite, happily ever after.
Want to be part of the future paradise? Can you? Yes, you can! How? By putting faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation! Yahweh God has made it possible for you to be part of His glorious paradisiacal Kingdom by sacrificing the Christ Jesus, God's only begotten Son, so anyone can draw close to God and receive salvation just by having faith in Jesus, the Appointed One, and exercising God's laws, which are based on love, so His principles are not burdensome at all.
Salvation is a beautifully wrapped present from God.
It is therefore not something we can earn on our own.
Rather, it is up to us to humbly accept the gift and appreciatively keep it close to our hearts.
How can we keep this gift? We can do so only by exercising faith in God's Son, meaning that not only should we accept his death and resurrection but also whole-heartedly follow in God's ways to the best of our ability.
If Jesus had not died for us, we would all die and never have the hope to regain consciousness again.
But now, anyone who accepts Jesus as their Lord and Savior will be raised up, just as Jesus was raised up by God, unto a never-ending life.
Those who have been sleeping in their tombs will be resurrected upon the call of God's Son; the righteous will live under God's loving guidance, whereas the faithless will be judged and found short of love.
All the righteous will be resurrected at Jesus' return, or second coming to Earth.
Yahweh will entrust His Kingdom to Jesus for one thousand years.
Afterward, when all darkness is swept away, our Messiah will return the Kingdom back to his Father so God can be all in all.
In the meantime, prior to Jesus' return to establish God's Kingdom on Earth, we die as usual, sleep in our common grave, and when the great Day of Yahweh comes, all of us will be resurrected back onto our feet, including those who were physically disabled.
We will then rejoice, for God will have put an end to any and all darkness we have ever known.
Yes, then will our Earth be a brand-new paradise, Yahweh's purpose at last fulfilled!
