Currently, Vishay has declaimed that it will join the Power System Japan which will be held in Tokyo Big Sight. It is going to exhibit the newest technique. This is the professional display of electricity in Techno-Frontier 2011. The booth No is 3T-211. Large quantity of advanced semiconductors and passive electric components will be displayed together. The customers will know that how will the leading solutions of Vishay help the designers to save space and improve efficiency in different kinds of applications. The products of it are listed in the below part of my article.
Resistor: Vishay will display the new contactless sensor which applied the Hall Effect technique. This kind of technique has high performance even under the vibration of 20G and impact of 50G. Apart from the large power metal strip resistor which is used by the watt meter and battery management, the unique SMD resistor solution which includes the specialized automotive film chip will be displayed.
Inductor: for the different kind of voltage regulation module in the terminal products and the DC-DC conversion applications, Vishay will exhibit the largest, smallest SMD compounded inductor and the thinnest large power inductor.
Capacitor: The ESTA capacitor of Vishay will appear on the exhibition stand, and the DC-link polypropylene film will also be exhibited. Vishay will also display the tantalum capacitor which is used in the medical care and aerospace technology applications.
Diode: Vishay will provide a series of diode which is optimized for the solar battery protection, illumination application, desk supply and the other applications. Its important points include the 45V TMBS rectifier, 200V and 600V FRED Pt rectifier, avalanche rectifier, the bridge rectifier and so on.
MOSFET: The Power PAIR solution, which can save the space, will appear in the exhibition. It integrates many excellent low-voltage MOSFETs, which can replace the traditional discrete solution. The other product includes the MOSFET which applies Power SO-8 package, the high pressure MOSFET which applies the Super Junction technique.
Power integrated circuit: the high precise analog multiplexer of Vishay will be displayed. What is more, the exhibition will also have the integrated synchronous buck and voltage multiplexer.
