- 1). Boot the desktop system holding the AMD Athlon 64 3200 processor. Press "F11" during startup to enter the desktop's boot menu. Move the cursor to the "BIOS Features Setup" option and press the "Enter" key.
- 2). Choose the "External Bus" choice from the desktop's BIOS options. Highlight the data next to "Front Bus Speed" and press down the "Enter" key. Select a new value in the pop up menu that is higher than the default setting and press "Enter." This raises the AMD Athlon 64 3200's front bus speed.
- 3). Choose the "CPU" choice from the desktop's BIOS options. Highlight the data next to "Multiplier" and press down the "Enter" key. Raise the value by 1 and press "Enter." This increases the AMD Athlon 64 3200's frequency multiplier.
- 4). Move to the desktop's main boot window. Press "Save and Exit" to accept the BIOS changes. The AMD Athlon 64 3200 is now overclocked.
