How to Use Italics in Yahoo Mail With Mozilla Firefox

104 10
    • 1). Open Firefox and navigate to the Yahoo! Mail Web page.

    • 2). Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account and begin composing a new message.

    • 3). Click on the "Rich Text" link to the right of the subject line. Do not press the link if it says "Plain Text" -- that means you're already composing in Rich Text. The formatting toolbar should appear across the top of the email.

    • 4). Click on the slanted "I" icon in the toolbar to switch to italic font. Click the icon a second time to disable the feature.

    • 5). Highlight a word, then click the "I" icon to convert a word that you've already typed to italics. Alternatively, highlight italicized words and click the "I" icon to switch them back to normal script.
