How to Use Italics in Yahoo Mail With Mozilla Firefox

1). Open Firefox and navigate to the Yahoo! Mail Web page.
2). Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account and begin composing a new message.
3). Click on the "Rich Text" link to the right of the subject line. Do not press the link if it says "Plain Text" -- that means you're already composing in Rich Text. The formatting toolbar should appear across the top of the email.
4). Click on the slanted "I" icon in the toolbar to switch to italic font. Click the icon a second time to disable the feature.
5). Highlight a word, then click the "I" icon to convert a word that you've already typed to italics. Alternatively, highlight italicized words and click the "I" icon to switch them back to normal script.
