How to Draw Cartoon Roses
- 1
Draw two nearly parallel curving lines that curve towards each other and travel vertically. - 2
Draw double curving lines that are close to each other. The curving lines closest to the center will be the largest while the curving lines farther to the side will be thinner. These curving lines will touch at the end farthest away from the rose with the other end attached to the stem. - 3
Draw a curving line that curves to the left. On the bottom part, her line forms a waving line. Then, the line curves upwards and inwards. - 4
Attached to the line that you just drew, draw another curving line that travels upwards and curves inwards. Then have the line travel diagonally upward and inward while curving in the opposite direction. Draw a line that travels horizontally and curves downwards. Then draw a line that curves and travels downwards, attaching to the line that you started with when drawing the rose head. - 5). Draw some shapes on the top that overlap, to represent the folds that occur on the rose.
- 6
Color the drawing.
