Cemetery graves can be decorated at various times of the year in celebration of specific holidays. Favorite items for the Christmas season include red or white poinsettias, small evergreen trees, holiday wreaths, miniature Santas and silk flower arrangements with winter berries or bare branches covered with faux snow. Easter cemetery decorations often feature spring flowers, especially Easter lilies and daffodils, crosses, bunnies, purple colored ribbons, baskets and ornamental eggs. For Valentine's Day, graves can be decorated with a red floral arrangement or heart-shaped items.
