How to Draw a Feminine Nose
- 1). Draw a loose oval shape lightly in pencil. Keep this oval small and orient it horizontally on your page.
- 2). Draw a small circle on the right side of this oval, so that the sides of each shape touch. Repeat on the left side. Keep all the lines light, because parts will be erased later. This completes the outline of the nose.
- 3). Turning your pencil on its side, softly shade the bottom of each shape.
- 4). Add a light area of shadow to one third of the oval on its left side. Repeat on the left circle.
- 5). Shade one third of the circle to the right of the oval. Add this shadow to the right side of the circle.
- 6). Connect the base of the left circle with the oval by shading an elongated semicircle between them. Repeat with the right circle. This forms the nostrils. Keep these nostrils small, long and delicate.
- 7). Extend a tapering rectangle of shadow on the left side of the nose. This shadow should narrow as it reaches upward.
- 8). Add a small area of shadow to the top of the right circle. Extend this shadow over the top edge of the oval.
- 9). Erase any areas of the guiding lines for the circle and oval that remain visible.
