How to Draw Old People
- 1). Draw an oval shaped like an upside down egg, with the smaller end at the bottom. This is the outline of the head.
- 2). Draw squinting eyes. The eyes will be placed 2/3 of the way up from the bottom of the face. Each eye will be represented by a V on its side, so that the vertex of the V will be pointing toward the inside of the face.
- 3). Draw eyeglasses, represented by two overly large circles, one around each eye, and connected by a line in the middle, over the point where the nose will be.
- 4). Draw a C shape under the center of the glasses to represent the nose.
- 5). Draw a horizontal line under the nose to represent the mouth. Draw two vertical lines on either side of the mouth to represent wrinkles of the cheeks around the mouth.
- 6). Draw pronounced ears on either side of the face, represented by a "C" shape. The ear on the right will be a backwards C.
- 7). Draw the hair. If you are drawing a man, draw two clusters of lines, one on either side of the face just above the ears. For a woman, draw a cloud that hugs the shape of the head starting at the top of one ear, and moving around the head to the other ear, to represent curly hair.
- 8). Color the face with colored pencils. Remember, blue hair is a visual tip-off if the drawing you made is of a woman. White hair works, as well.
