- 1). Put on your swimsuit and goggles on so that you can keep your eyes open underwater and look for the leak.
- 2). Swim along the bottom of the pool, feeling for a leak in the liner with your hands. Begin at the corners of the pool and along the liner seams.
- 3). Fill an eye dropper with dark food coloring. Food coloring will not harm the pool.
- 4). Squeeze a few drops of coloring into each corner or small section of the pool. If you encounter a leak, the food coloring will be pulled out through the liner.
