- 1). Restart or boot up your PC. During boot, press the "F11" key to navigate to the boot menu. Highlight and press the "BIOS Features Setup" option.
- 2). Find "External Clock" in the options and press enter. Highlight the value in the field and select the next highest value above the default. The number typed into this field determines the AMD processor's front bus speed.
- 3). Find "CPU Core" in the options and press enter. Highlight the value in the field and select the next highest value above the default. The number typed into this field determines the front bus speed's multiplier value.
- 4). Leave the boot menu. Finish starting up your PC. The AMD processor is now overclocked.
