How to Send Bulk Emails With Microsoft Exchange Server
- 1). Create a distribution list. In Microsoft Outlook, click the "File" menu. Click "New." Select "Distribution List."
- 2). In the Name box, type a name for the distribution list, such as "Sales Team."
- 3). On the Distribution tab, choose "Select Members."
- 4). In the Address Book list, select the address book you want to choose from. Since you're on a Microsoft Exchange Server, you will see Global Address Book, which includes all users that are part of your organization's network.
- 5). In the Search field, type a name of a person you want to include in the list. When the name comes up, select it and click "Members." Repeat this for each person you want to include in the distribution list. The distribution list is saved in your Contacts folder.
- 6). Open a new message and type your email to send to the group. In the To field, type the name of the distribution list until it appears. This will send the message to the distribution list you created.
