    • 1). Wrap Teflon tape around the treads of the tube adapter, threaded valve ends, and all of the close nipples. Don't wrap too much Teflon tape around the threads; three times around should be fine.

    • 2). Insert the tube adapter into one of the elbows by turning it clockwise. Get it as tight as you can with your hand, and then use the channel locks to tighten it two full turns more. Insert a valve into into the other elbow and secure it in the same way you did the tube adapter.

    • 3). Insert any addition valves into the perpendicular end of a "T" fitting (one valve per fitting), and secure it using the same method as before.

    • 4). Join the PVC fitting by threading them together with the close nipples using the same method as before. Make sure to start with an elbow, join all the "T" fittings in a line facing the same direction and loosen the valves if necessary to face them all right-side-up. Finish by threading the last elbow onto the final open "T" end with a close nipple.
