How to Change a POP Email Server
- 1). Log in to your Gmail account.
- 2). Click "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
- 3). Click "Accounts and Forwarding."
- 4). Click "Edit Info" next to the email address in the "Check Mail Using POP3" section for which you want to update POP server settings.
- 5). Update the "POP Server" field and click "Save Changes."
- 1). Go to "Tools" and then "Accounts."
- 2). Highlight the account you want to update and click "Properties."
- 3). Click the "Servers" tab.
- 4). Update the "Incoming Mail POP3" field with your new POP3 server settings and click "OK."
- 1). Go to "Tools," then "Account Settings."
- 2). Highlight the account you want to edit and click "Change."
- 3). Replace the information in the "Incoming mail server" field with your new POP server settings, then click "Finish."

- 2). Click the "Accounts" button at the top.
- 3). Edit the "Incoming mail server" field with your new POP3 server settings.
- 4). Click the red circle in the upper left to close the window. You will be asked if you want to save your changes; click "Yes."
