- 1). Place the SanDisk PRO Duo memory card into the USB PRO Duo connector.
- 2). Insert the USB PRO Duo connector into the computer's USB slot.
- 3). Download a file restoration program such as Recuva, Tokiwa DataRecovery or Easeus. Links to download these free programs are in the resource section of this article.
- 4). Install the file restoration program, then open it. Once open, you must select a hard drive to scan. Choose the PRO Duo drive. Click "Scan."
- 5). Choose the files that you want to recover by clicking the box beside the file. Click "Restore" to recover the file.
