How to Reset an IOGEAR Bluetooth

1). Click "Start" on your computer, then select Control Panel.
2). Click Hardware and Sound, then select Bluetooth Devices from the list of options.
3). Select the IOGEAR Bluetooth device that is not connecting, then click the "Remove" button.
4). Press the "Reset" button on the IOGEAR device, then click "Add" on the Bluetooth Devices window. The "Reset" button is clearly labeled and usually located at the bottom of the device.
5). Click the "My Device is Set Up and Ready to be Found" check box, then click the "Next" button. Enter the IOGEAR device's passkey in the Passkey box, then click "Next." The device reconnects with your computer. Click "Finish" when the process is complete.
