- 1). Right-click on your desktop and create a new folder.
- 2). Drag and drop all the .mov files you want to copy into the new folder.
- 3). Plug your flash drive into a USB port. A window for the drive may automatically open; if not, open the drive by clicking "Start," "My Computer" and then double-clicking on the flash drive in the list of storage devices.
- 4). Right-click on the folder of the .mov files and select "Properties." Note the number listed for the size of the folder.
- 5). Right-click on the window for your flash drive and select "Properties" and check the amount of free space listed to make sure all of the movie files will fit on the drive.
- 6). Drag and drop the folder of .mov files into the window for the flash drive. The folder and all of its contents will be copied to the flash drive. Copying may take several minutes or even hours if you are copying a large amount of data.
