- 1). Log on to your PC with an account that has administrative privileges.
- 2). Open the "Start" menu and click "Run."
- 3). Type "control keymgr.dll" into the text box and hit "OK." The Key Manager utility program opens and displays a list of the software programs or services that have saved passwords.
- 4). Highlight the name of the software program or service you want to find the password for and click on the "Properties" button.
- 5). View the stored credentials in the pop-up window and click the "Change" button if you wish to select a different password.
- 6). Click "OK."
