    • 1). Turn the "Pressure Control Knob" clockwise if the power switch is in the "On" position but the motor does not run. Verify that the sprayer is plugged into the electrical outlet. If your sprayer does not work correctly, go to the next step.

    • 2). Turn off the sprayer and then plug it all the way into another electrical outlet. If your sprayer does not work correctly, go to the next step.

    • 3). Replace the extension cord. If your sprayer does not work correctly, go to the next step.

    • 4). Turn off the sprayer and then unplug it from the electrical outlet. Check the consistency of the paint. If the paint in the sprayer is frozen, set the sprayer in a warmer area until the paint thaws out. It may take several hours for the paint to return to spraying consistency. If the paint is hardened but not frozen, go to the next step.

    • 5). Take the machine to an authorized Graco/Magnum service dealer. The sprayer, valves, and pump packings will need to be replaced if these parts are damaged.
