How to Make a Kidney Mold
- 1). Roll the polymer clay into a quarter-sized ball.
- 2). Slice the ball in half with a knife.
- 3). Press a dried kidney bean into one half of the clay.
- 4). Place the other half of the clay on top of the first half.
- 5). Squeeze the re-formed ball slightly.
- 6). Carefully separate the halves and remove the dried kidney bean.
- 7). Place the clay halves onto a cookie sheet.
- 8). Bake the clay halves for 10 minutes in a 200-degree oven.

Press a pea-sized amount of clay into one half of the kidney bean mold. - 11
Place the second half of the mold on top of the first, and press them together. When you remove the halves, there will be a kidney shaped model that can be baked and used in an anatomy project.
