- 1). Press "Up" on the directional pad in GTA after you receive the phone. This happens after the mission where Roman gives it to you. The phone appears on-screen.
- 2). Press "Up" on the directional pad again and the phone keypad becomes available.
- 3). Move around with the directional pad to choose the numbers you want to dial. Select the "Call" button to dial the number.
