Remove the paper label on the self-adhesive lampshade, but don't throw it away! This label will be used as your pattern for the fabric.

    • 2). Lay your fabric out on a flat surface and place the paper label on top. Mark the pattern (allowing 1-inch for seam allowance) and cut the fabric accordingly.

    • 3). Carefully press the ivory fabric around the self-adhesive shade, working in small sections at a time. Use your hot glue gun to seal the seams.

    • 4). Next, wrap the ivory organza around the shade, pulling it taut so that it does not lay flat to the shade. Use your hot glue gun to adhere the organza to the top and bottom frame of the shade.

    • 5). Next, wrap the lace trim around the top frame of the lamp and cut to size. Hot glue this trim onto the frame, using only small dots of the glue as to avoid a mess.

    • 6). Finally, wrap the lace trim around the bottom frame of the lamp and cut to size. Hot glue this trim onto the frame, using only small dots of the glue as to avoid a mess. Allow the trim to hang off of the bottom of the shade.
