1). Paint 10 to 15 wooden beads using acrylic paint. Avoid painting over the holes in the beads. If you accidentally paint over one of the holes, insert a toothpick into the hole to clear it. Use bright, vibrant colors. Allow the paint to dry for 20 minutes.
2). Squeeze glitter glue over each bead in different designs, such as small dots, swirls or spirals. Allow the glitter glue to dry for 10 minutes.
3). Paint over each bead with a layer of clear acrylic glaze. Allow the glaze to dry for 20 minutes. The glaze will protect the paint and glue from peeling or chipping off, and will make the beads look sparkly and glossy.
4). Cut a piece of elastic cording to measure 6 inches long using scissors.
5). String each decorative bead onto the elastic cording. Once full, the tie two ends together into a bracelet.
