How to Update Your Applications in iTunes

1). Connect your iPhone, iPod or iPad to the computer with the device's USB cable.
2). Launch iTunes if it does not launch automatically.
3). Click "Applications" under "Library" in the left pane of the window.
4). Click "Check For Updates" in the bottom-right corner of the window. The number of updates available is displayed.
5). Click "Download All Free Updates." The applications automatically update after the files have finished downloading.
6). Click your device under "Devices," and then click the "Applications" tab.
7). Click the "Sync Applications" check box, and then click "Apply."
8). Click the "Summary" tab, and then click "Sync." The updated versions of the applications sync to your device.
