- 1). Launch iTunes on your computer by clicking its icon on the desktop. Click the "Help" menu at the top of the screen, and select "Check for updates." Allow iTunes to install any updates before continuing.
- 2). Connect the iPod touch to the computer, using its USB cable. ITunes will add the iPod touch to the "Devices" section in the left-hand column.
- 3). Select the iPod touch from the iTunes "Devices" list. Open the "Films" tab in the main window, and check the "Sync Films" box.
- 4). Drag and drop your iPod touch-compatible video files into the "Library" section in the left-hand column of iTunes.
- 5). Click the "Sync" button in the lower-right corner of the iTunes window, and your films will be transferred to the iPod touch.
