- 1). Scoop some waterproof adhesive onto the corner of a putty knife. Use the putty knife to spread the adhesive between the laminate and the cabinet in an even layer. Put the adhesive anywhere the laminate is peeling off the cabinet surface.
- 2). Press the laminate into the adhesive so it lies flat on the cabinet surface. Tape the laminate into place with masking tape. Let the adhesive dry for 24 hours.
- 3). Remove the masking tape. Cut off any dried adhesive that squeezed out from under the laminate with a razor blade. Wipe the laminate surface with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
