How to Store DOCs on an iPhone

    • 1). Download the "FileApp" application, by DigiDNA, from the iTunes "App Store" on your iPhone. The application will automatically install once the download is complete.

    • 2). Tap the "FileApp" icon on your iPhone to open the application.

    • 3). Tap the "Wi-Fi" symbol on the right side of the screen once the application opens.

    • 4). Tap "Start Sharing" and the red dot on the screen will turn green to inform you that you may begin to look up documents.

    • 5). Right-click the Windows "Start" button on your computer's home screen.

    • 6). Select the WOpen Windows Explorer" option from the drop-down bar.

    • 7). Type "ftp://192.168.1.137:2121" into the search bar at the top of the page and then press "Enter" on your keyboard.

    • 8). Locate the file folder titled "Start Here."

    • 9). Double-click on file folder to open it.

      Locate the ".Doc" files on your computer that you would like to store on your phone.

      Click the file and then drag it over to the "Start Here" folder. Drop the file into the "Start Here" folder.

      Visit the application on your iPhone and notice the file is now located on the home page of the application. You may now open the file on your iPhone.
