- 1). Place all the pictures that you previously uploaded to your device and the new ones you want to upload into one folder.
- 2). Connect your iPhone to the computer using the USB cable that comes with it and launch iTunes if it does not launch automatically. iTunes displays your iPhone on the left panel under "Devices."
- 3). Click your iPhone and click the "Photos" tab. Click the "Sync Photos from check-box" Click the drop-down arrow and click "Choose Folder." Select the folder containing the pictures already uploaded to your iPhone and the ones that you want to add to your device.
- 4). Click "Sync." iTunes syncs the new photos to your iPhone without erasing the ones that you previously uploaded to your device.
