    Move a CD to iTunes

    • 1). Insert the CD into your computer.

    • 2). Open the latest version of iTunes on your computer. Open iTunes manually if it doesn't launch on its own.

    • 3). Click the "Import CD" button that appears in the lower right-hand corner of the main iTunes window. If your computer is hooked up to the Internet, iTunes will add track, artist and album names for you. If you're not connected to the Internet -- and want that information -- you'll need to enter it manually.

    • 3). Search for the CD you added to iTunes, using the bar on the right-hand side to scroll through your library or typing the artist or album name into the search bar in the upper right-hand corner.

    • 4). Click to select the first song on the CD so it's highlighted in the main iTunes window. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click on the other songs so they're all highlighted.
