How to Make Paper Anemones
- 1). Draw the outline of a flower on your purple card stock. Draw a second flower, of the same proportions, but slightly smaller.
- 2). Cut out the shapes from Step 1. On both flower cutouts, cut a small slit between each petal.
- 3). Place a piece of wax paper over both flower cutouts. Using the back end of your paintbrush, work around the flower in circles. This will give your flower a distressed, life-like look.
- 4). Curve back the tips of each flower petal, using your tweezers. Place a dot of glue in the center of the larger flower, then center the smaller on top.
- 5). Cut a small circle from your black card stock. Using a dab of glue, glue the circle into the center of your anemone.
