- 1). Tap the "Settings" icon in your myTouch's application launcher.
- 2). Tap "About phone," and then tap "System updates" to check for software updates. If an update is available for your myTouch, information about the update will be displayed on your screen.
- 3). Tap "Update" to download the software update. Once you finish downloading the update, your myTouch will restart and install the software update.
