- 1). Cut a slit in the bottom of each Capri Sun pouch and pour the juice into a pitcher.
- 2). Wash the inside of the pouches out by swishing them around in warm soapy water and then rinse them out. Place them right-side up on paper towel, and let them dry for 24 hours.
- 3). Flatten all the pouches.
- 4). Make the front and back panels of the purse. Place two pouches side by side with the picture side face up and the long edges of the two pouches overlapping a 1/4 inch. Sew the overlapping edges of the two pouches together with a zigzag stitch. Repeat with two more pouches.
- 5). Make the bottom of the purse. Measure the width of one of the two-pouch panels. Lay a pouch on your work surface face up horizontally. Lay a second pouch over top of the first one face up horizontally. Pull the top pouch to the left until the two pouches combined are as wide as the panel measurement. Sew the two pouches together with a zigzag stitch sewn along the bottom edge of each pouch.
- 6). Line up a long edge of the bottom with a the bottom edge of one of the panels with the wrong sides together. Sew the long edges together with a zigzag stitch.
- 7). Line up the other long edge of the bottom with the bottom edge of the other panel wrong sides together. Sew the edges together. You now have a U-shaped piece.
- 8). Sew a pouch to each end of the U-shaped piece to create a box shape. Sew these pouches face out, sewing the bottom edge of the pouch to the bottom of the purse and the sides of the pouch to the front and back panels of the purse.
- 9). Lay two pouches on your work surface face up with the tops of the pouches overlapping a 1/4 inch. Sew the overlapping tops of the pouches together with a zigzag stitch. Cut the resulting piece in half lengthwise.

Fold each half of the piece into thirds lengthwise with the print side facing out. Sew down the long edge of each piece. These form the purse straps. - 11
Attach one strap to the front panel and other strap to the back panel. Attach one end of each strap 1 inch in from each corner and a 1/2 inch below the top edge of the purse with a zigzag stitch.
