How to Make a Necklace With Invisible Wire
- 1). Use the wire cutters to cut about 20 inches of wire.
- 2). Slide a crimp bead onto the wire, about 2 inches above one end, and then add one half of the clasp. Slide the 2 inches of wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the wire tightly so that the crimp bead and the clasp are snug against each other. Flatten the crimp bead with the crimping pliers.
- 3). String a crimp bead, a bead and another crimp bead onto the wire. Make sure this set of beads is about 2 inches from the crimp bead at the end of the necklace. Secure the crimp beads with the crimping pliers.
- 4). Repeat Step 3, making sure that the newly strung beads are about 2 inches from the previous set of beads. Continue stringing the beads until you get to the other end of the necklace.
- 5). Repeat Step 2 to complete the necklace. Be sure to leave a space of about 2 inches between the new crimp bead at the end of the necklace and the last set of strung beads.
- 6). Use the wire cutters to trim off the excess wire at both ends of the necklace.
