- 1). Click on the Windows "Start Menu" button and click on "Control Panel." This will launch the Windows Control Panel in a new window.
- 2). Click on "Add or Remove Programs." A new window will open from which you can uninstall Microsoft Office XP Professional.
- 3). Scroll down to "Microsoft Office" and select this option. Click on the "Remove" button. Confirm that you want to uninstall the program. Wait for the process to complete, which will generally take around a couple of minutes depending on the speed of your computer.
- 4). Restart Microsoft Windows.
