- 1). Turn on your computer by pressing and holding the "Power" button.
- 2). Press the "Eject" button under your disc tray. Place the DVD in the tray and press the "Eject" button to close the tray.
- 3). Download DVD burning software (See Resources). Install the software by double-clicking it and following the specific instructions within the pop-up window. Double-click the icon of the DVD burning software to launch the software.
- 4). Click the "Burn" button within the software window. Highlight the icon of the "DVD" at the pop-up window and press "OK." This burns the information from the DVD onto your computer.
- 5). Download and install a file conversion program (See Resources). Double-click the program to open it. Click the "File" menu and select "Convert File." Select the file you just downloaded from the DVD at the pop-up window and press "OK." In many cases, this file is located within the "Desktop" tab.
- 6). Click the "Covert To" tab and select "MP4." Press the "Convert" button and allow the file to convert.
- 7). Attach your phone to the computer using a USB cable. Highlight the file you just converted and drag and drop it onto the icon of your cell phone.
